There doesn't seem to be a specific pattern as to when the symptoms are worse. Is it difficult to identify / replace the diaphragm?

Combi boiler water runs hot then cold

Hi I have a Worcester combi boiler and recently the water from the hot water tap has started as hot but then run cold and back to hot. The situation has now started to get worse and in order to get hot water I have to open the hot water tap only partially. Has anyone go a suggestion as to what might...

Price for clearing blocked pipe

Hi

I have a blocked pipe in my fully tiled bathroom that prevents water from draining from the shower. I have obtained a wide variety of quotes and has anyone any suggestions on what should I expect to be charged for clearing a blockage?

Water backs into shower after sink drains

The water in my washbasin drains slowly but water with black particles now flows back into the shower. The smell is very unpleasant. This water eventually drains away after a while as long as no water is run into the washbasin. I do not particularly wish to call out a plumber so has anyone any sugge...

Cracked pane Double Glazing unit

I have a cracked pane in a UPVC double glazing unit in the bathroom. The size is 930mm by 520mm, patterned on one side and has a Georgian style pattern inside the unit. It does not open. Has anyone got any suggestions what a reaonable price would be to repair as the quotes I have received vary widel...
