drilled through branch water pipe

Its a black plastic pipe coming in from the outside water main and ive stupidly put a hole in it when laying a floor. the pipe is under a concrete floor. Ive shut off the water and manage to dig out and expose the damaged pipe. Any advice on how to repairthis . I thought about using a 'stop it ' rep...
