Still getting an error, now I am getting an F0 fault (low flow). I have replaced the pump and bled the system again. the pump seems to be getting quite hot possibly overheating and cutting out, if i remove the flow sensor and press the micro switch in the F0 warning goes out, after a while the pump ...

thanks for reply, read another post reply regarding the overheat trip
switch although all my litrature dosn't mention a trip I found one
and reset it , all working now chears.....

protherm 80e no flame ie no flame.....

I have a Protherm 80e combi, I have an F1 error code showing (ie no flame) , i have checked the pump OK, cleaned out the water heat exchanger, replaced the 'bottle' air trap, checked the airflow sensor ok, tested the micro switches ok, do you have any ideas ???? could it be the gas valve control box...
