airlock in pump

Thanks bobplum and rosebery. I thought it might be an air lock but can't find any valve to release the air so will keep trying to find on line about instructions for salamander pumps. there are only 2 pipes attached to the pump with no release valve or service valve . Thanks for the replies

salamander shower pump not working

I drained the hot and cold water tanks to put in a new basin and when I refilled the water system the shower no longer works. A ny advice please.

dimmer switch

I have changed a 2 gang double dimmer switch, on wiring it up the upstairs lights buzz. They have 5 12v 20watt G4 capsule bulbs. What have I done wrong? thanks for any help if someone could

I'm trying to change a landing ceiling light fixture. The problem I have had is that the new lights don't work when wired up to the corresponding old wires. 2 black from the ceiling cables to the light fitting blue, 1 black to the brown.
