Halogen lights in bathroom zones

We've just fitted 12v halogen down lights in the bathroom, the halogen bulbs are within a sealed reflective unit, but the fittings on closer inspection do not state whether they are appropriate for the zones above the bath and sink (we have a hand held shower attachment to the bath tap, so there is ...

removed and checked the valves and pump

Thanks for replying, I've removed the valves to check they are clear, and checked the servo is turning the valve on, I have also checked the valves either side of the pump are clear and fully open because I thought they might be gammed partially closed. The pump is fairly new, I think under a year, ...
