a radiator in my daughters bedroom has been off all summer,when i have turned the heat valve back to on it wont get warm i have bled it and water comes out,it gets a bit warm at the top,nothing at the bottom,then after a while it is cold allover again i rebled it and the same happenend,slightly warm...
