No-one else seems to be replying so this might help. The advice I got from Wood Finishers Direct, which specialises in oils,stains etc, when tacking pallet wood to a bathroom wall, was to use an external wood preservative on the wood before staining etc. Wood in a bathroom will be subject to moistur...

2kw Futura Wall Heater in Bathroom Sparks every few Minutes?

I have a small shower room 6 sqm in total. I have used a 2kw floor fan heater which takes the temperture to 75F. which is good. To be safe I have now fitted a 2kw Futura wall heater. This only takes the temperature to 65F. The heater also sparks every five minute or so, They have replaced the origin...

I have two corbels with no visible means of support. I want to fix one to a plastered wall and one to a wall that is a mix of filler and gloss over concrete/plaster.
