cold radiator - odd

Hi, anyone came across this. Have one cold radiator in my heating system. Have checked and bled it and yesterday i removed it and flushed it out with the hose, nothing but clear water came out. Refitted and its still cold when all the others are warm. I can feel the heat in the pipe at the inlet val...

Thanks, appreciate the response. I checked it all out lastnight again and it seems
to be working now. Think the replacements i got were maybe a bit on the cheap side.
