vaillant turbo max824

hi my vaillant turbo max 824 boiler keeps making a funny noise when you turn the water or heating on, once the burner lights it stops. the boiler is about 4 years old .its not affecting the water or heating yet but the noise it getting louder and longer im worried its going to pack up . thanks

condensation on double glazed windows

hi can anyone help i get condensation ang mould on all my windows through out my house. it seems worse this year im getting puddles on my window seels. my windows dont have vents so i try to leave the windows open a little bit but this does not seem to work.thanks
