Hi diwh, Dig out the weedy bit on the outer edge to a firm base, form shuttering, mix and pour concrete mix into the deeper bit, if you can find some mesh (cooker grille, mesh fencing, birdcage side) lay this in the hole on top of the old and new concrete, then fill to the required level. If you do not have the necessary approvals in place you may find your buyer(s) pull out when a search is carried out or you may have to accept a lower price. Potential buyers may not be able to get a mortgage.
Probably best to get approval.

Hi kathyfaull,
The working side of any fridge/freezer is always a mess and the white could be where water has condensed and left a residue. Unless the freezer stops working correctly I suggest you ignore the deposits. Buy a freezer thermometer to check its temperature.

You would need to find something like a side trim/finisher for a fixed panel.
Unless you can establish the manufacturer of the doors you will find it very difficult to match the existing one.
Why do you need to replace it? It should push back into place.

Lack of ventilation may well be the source of the problem. Perhaps refit the panel where the drips were forming and wait for the next cold spell and see if the problem still exists.
As a matter of interest you appear to have 225 deep rafters - is this correct?

Assuming it’s an external corner place a straight edge on one face and use a protractor to measure the angle.
Divide this by two add 90 degrees and this will be the angle to cut.

The new gaskets should be a tight fit in the gap, if you have found synthetic ones warm them in hot water before fitting.
A dehumidifier will help with condensation but it may take weeks of running it continuously before you see any reduction in mould growth.
