Hi benawhile,
Suggest you paint the cut aluminium adhesive with a silver car paint before you refit the corner(s). A touch up pen is a deal for this. Once assembled use the two products you propose.
The problem is bound to re-appear it a matter of regular maintenance to keep it at bay.

Hi xwoodbot, The success of your proposed fixing method will depend on how careful the brickie was to ensure good bedding and buttering of the brick courses. I suggest you drill right through the pillar and use some studding to fix the top brackets because these will be subject to the most stress. R...

Hi benawhile , The problem is not the screws - they are stainless, the issue is the cuts to the ends of the frame sections which expose virgin aluminium, the corrosion starts here and creeps along the adjacent anodised surface. Hi daniel3103, I would suggest you thin down your masonry paint so it can ba sprayed, this will have two advantages: the paint will get into all the rough block surface and it will be a thin coat which should be porous, allowing the wall to breath. Hi daniel3103 It would appear that the wall is a retaining wall with higher ground levels behind it. If this is the case you will never stop salts appearing and any render you apply will eventually be blown off, probably in patches. If it is not a retaining wall it is difficult to imagine the reason...

Hi dudeless,
You will have to turn off the water supply to the cold tank, drain the system down so that the water level is below the level where you will cut the existing vent pipe. You will then be able to fit your new pipe with minimal water leakage.

Hi daniel3103 The white streaks will be limescale leaching out of the block work. If you paint the blocks with masonry paint the block pattern will still be apparent. If you do not have the necessary approvals in place you may find your buyer(s) pull out when a search is carried out or you may have to accept a lower price. Potential buyers may not be able to get a mortgage.
Probably best to get approval.

The working side of any fridge/freezer is always a mess and the white could be where water has condensed and left a residue. Unless the freezer stops working correctly I suggest you ignore the deposits. Buy a freezer thermometer to check its temperature.

You would need to find something like a side trim/finisher for a fixed panel.
Unless you can establish the manufacturer of the doors you will find it very difficult to match the existing one.
Why do you need to replace it? It should push back into place.
