light switch had loose connection to the circuit - basically there were two wires which should have been connected together to allow the flow of electricity through to the next room and so on.

ceiling lights

hi all, earlier i fitted a new ceiling light to one of the rooms in my semi - and now half the house doesn't seem to be working. changed bulbs and fuse wire to see if that was prob, but still not working. any ideas? :roll:

ceiling lights not working

hi, i have a very similar prob. half the light in my semi is not working and neither is the attic ones. I have changed the bulbs and the fse wire from circuit board from the half that is working but still no luck. any basic ideas, please? :roll:
