Worth changing radiators ?

I am considering having my (oil) boiler changed to a condensing combi boiler (it's about 15 years old and conventional system - which means we heat a hot water tank with water we rarely use). Is it worth changing the whole system and getting new radiators as well ? The existing ones are probably 25 ...
