I have had my plans passed by the council for a new build 3 Bed Rm house in Scotland. I want to send my plans and specs out for quotes. What should I be writing in the letter when asking for a quote? Thanks for your advice. I added some portland cement which has worked a treat. I have made the fire place too big as its not kicking out much heat. It seems to be going up rather than out.
