Toilet cistern keeps making noises

Dual flush toilet. Let me elaborate. For the last 3-4 months, the toilet had started to make noises. When I ran to it one day, found out that it had, all on its own, started to refill the cistern. No one had flushed it. This happened in 3-5 sec bursts once every week. Lately, this has gone up to 2-3...
