Too many wires for kitchen light

I have took down a strip light and i have the following wires

1 red black and earth
1 red black and earth
2 red and earth
1 red yellow blue and earth

how can this be wired into a standard live neutral and earth

I have been trying to fit a new light in the kitchen i have thr following cables 1 black red and earth 1 black red and earth 2 red and earth 1 red blue yelow and earth how should i wire the light fitting up as i have a standard terminal on the light fitting with live nuetral and earth please help as...
