new boiler/ trvs

When an old gravity fed boiler is replaced by a condensing boiler, does the building regs state that all existing radiators must all have a trv valve fitted to them.I would personally recommend that they were fitted. Obviously i would fit them to a new complete refit.

IT is well worth checking that you have fully opened the pump valves and not closed them.I.E that is open them in the same direction as you would a normal tap.I once had a plumber/gasman workmate of mine make the same simple mistake, took him ages to find the fault. :oops: [/u]
