I'm currently building a downstairs cloakroom at the front of my house, my waste pipe is at the back. I am hoping to use a saniflo system. Immersion heaters keep cutting out

I have a hot water tank in a flat that rent out. 10 months ago we installed brand new immersion heaters. Both of the immersion heaters in the tank have there own temperature dial setting and they both keep tripping out (there is a small trip button on each) regardless of the temperature they are set...
