Hi all, I'm replacing a fence. The neighbour's garden is about a foot lower and the retaining wall has subsided. If I took out the old wall and put in 9ft concrete posts could I use 12 inch concrete gravel boards to make a new retaining wall? Or am I asking for the fence to subside over time? Thanks...
