a lightweight foam underlay is required also is the concrete newly laid? if so has it got a dpm? if it has no dpm then use a combined underlay/dpm.

depending on where the kitchen units are whichever is the longest wall tiles should be laid lengthways. this will elongate the room making the space look bigger. hope this helps

hi i would recommend either amtico or karndean if these are out of your price range mabye try a wood effect sheet vinyl, it may not be the natural choice in a lounge but with a nice rug in the living room will look nice and is easy to clean with a dog. dont forget you will need the floor screeded be...

if the tiles are level just lay a foam underlay straight on top then lay laminate. will be fine.

definatly glue direct to floor screed tongue glueing no good been there done that.
