the floor from top to bottom is about 2 inches out.pritty bad job..did put pva on it a while ago but think it was 80/20.water/pva

Rising damp on a concrete shed base - looking for a cheap way to sort it

hi my brother and i done a concrete base for my shed which as got got rising damp..i,ve tested with plastic/tape on the floor plus other stuff in there was damp..my wooden sheds on a row of breeze blocks and floors not smooth so needed some help how to sort the damp out..been lookin on net and come ...

Damp Appearing on Shed Base Floor

i,ve got a problem with my base my brother done for me last year,he as put down membrane put i think he split some it..?the base is about 5/6 inch thick with a course of breeze blocks to make shed higher,but only just notice the damp because i had a load of problems with a metal shed leaks etc...i,v...
