1 have 2 light fittings - one in the hall, one on the landing. Both can be turned on and off, by switches at the top and bottom of the stairs, ie both on or both off I have changed the fitting downstairs The downstairs light works fine, but the upstairs just glows dimly Please help, what have i done...
