Hello, Is it possible to re-use old roofing tiles in the construction of an in-fill wall. The wall itself carries no burden, apart from its own weight. Repairing holes in a rain water cistern

Dear All,
We derive our 'washing' water from a rain water cistern. The wall of the cistern has a few small holes from which water is leaking out. Do you have a concrete 'recipe' which we could use to repair these holes.
