over heating boiler

i have just plumbed in my rayburn 480 ag. and the boiler is over heating. could a poor draw be a cause of this.

RAYBURN.

Is it ok to use a new style unvented mega flo or stella flow cylinder for both hot water and central heating. or do i have to use the standard open vented system.

I have a rayburn 480 ag. and can anyone help in either a plumbing diagram for central heating and water. and recomend parts used.
