vaillant combi boiler

hi all i have a vaillant 831 ecotec plus condensing combi, fitted august 2008,now and then it makes a loud buzzing noise like a very large bee is inside the boiler,but when i open hot water tap for a second or two it stops.any ideas to remody this would be appreciated.thanks.

hi eggers.
so in the honeywell i have N.L.1.2.3.4.
if i remove the danfoss and connect the brown live to live in the honeywell
where do i connect the blue wire which has a brown sleeve on it which is connected to no 3 n/o in the danfoss.thanks.

hi eggers,sorry for delay in replying my router jacked in .the honeywell does not have batteries.in the back cover it has a diagram for fixed wiring only,incoming mains,live.neg.earth.it then has 1.2.3.4.a wire in no 1 with o on the end.a wire to no 2 says off and has a letter n on the end.no 4 says...

hi sparx.
thanks for your reply,i will do as you suggest and just set down room temp to 5c.and i also agree with you it is a over complicated programmer.the one i have for my boiler is so simple with a off button/manual/auto.may look to changing it for a more user friendly model.thanks again.

skim 3/4mm of both sides of the frame with a electric planer set on minimum setting so you dont take to much off in one go.i have done this in the past and never had any problems.just take it nice and easy.
