Hi I hope to replace the old wc and fit a close coupled wc in a downstairs cloakroom but need to disconnect the old toilet waste pipe from the soil stack. Both pipes are plastic but do not pull apart. Could someone advise how to seperate them or can i cut the old waste pipe prior to the join and fit...
