Underfloor heating is not really suitable for solid wood flooring but is fine with engineered wooden floors.

Laminate floors will also be fine with underfloor heating systems either water pipes or electric mats.

Check the moisture content of the existing wooden floor and provided it is below 14% RH you can nail it. You would need to nail at right angles to the existing boards.
