I have a Franco Belge multi-fuel that was fitted by a locoal builder about 12 months ago. I am worried wether it has been installed correctly as there are heavy scorch marks at the rear of the stove ( on the painted- fireproof plaster board ) and a mild smell from this when the fire is in full glow....
