HI, can anyone tell me how to secure a upvc window 30" x 30"
where to put the screws in , how many, all sides, including top ?
will be screwing into breeze block, special screws / plugs ?
any help appreciated

i am filling in a doorway and need to know the mortar mix for lightweight thermalite blocks,
back of the cement pack i have say's mortar general use 1 to 5
mortar strong mix, 1 to 3, but i am laying large lightweight blocks
what mix should i use.

HI ROSEBERY, thanks for the quick reply, because brick / breeze blocks / render were added to my steele house i can't tell where render starts in the doorway, the original door is attached to a metal frame which is set back 11 inch's from pebbledash, i forgot to mention door is 18 inch's above groun...
