ideal elan boiler problems

i have a ideal elan and the pilot light stays alight but the main burner wont light when turned on,pump runs but no ignition could this be a gas valve problem?lee.

problem with ideal elan boiler

i have a open vented ideal elan that wont light,
the pilot stays lit then i turn the programmer on,the pump starts to run but the main burner wont ignight is this a gas valve problem?lee.
