Crumbling internal block work

Hi all, We have a cavity wall, where the outside is clay bricks and the inside is concrete blocks. However, in some places (seemingly randomly throughout all 3 outside walls), the concrete blocks have "dents" in them. When placing a finger in a "dent", the block begins to crumble...

Hi all, We recently had a company around to provide cavity wall and loft insulation. After they had left, we noticed that they had left holes in the outside brickwork, without pointing them up. You can see all the "foam" inside the cavity. No one mentioned anything to us about leaving the ...
