Many thanks. The windows seem tight - I cannot move them. That said the moisture is still there. It gathers after a bout of rain and then dries over a period of a few days. I am getting moisture between my external black seals and the glazed unit in my new windows. The installer tells me this is normal as weather proofing is via the sealed glazed unit and the black seal is there only to stop vibrating/rattling in the wind.
