I LIVE ON A HILL ON THE COAST AND AM EXPOSED TO VERY STRONG WINDS, WHICH GAS DAMAGED FENCING 5 TIMES IN THE PAST YEAR. I WANT TO REPLACE THE LOT (APPROX 50 METRES LENGTH BY 2 METRES HEIGHT. Guttering causing damp on exterior and interior walls

I live on the north sea coast which is constantly being battered by high winds. When this occurs, water is forced out of the guttering, and onto the exterior wall.
