i've got damp patches coming through my conrete floor as i dont have a damp proof membrane sheet under the conrete. my question is can i use liquid damp proof membrane to paint over the damp conrete to cure the damp pathes? how do you use it? do you just paint the floor? the conrete is fine and all ...
