no dividing wall between houses in attic

Hi all, does anyone know what regs and specs are required to install a dividing fire wall between my house and the next as there is currently nothing! I have heard that it can be timber studwork with two layers of pink (fire) plasterboard on either side? Unfortunately I will get no help / co-operati...

Exterior fibre cement cladding

Hi, has anyone used wood effect fibre cement cladding i.e. that available from Marley Eternit (the cedral weatherboard to be specific) amongst others? I am considering using this on one this side of my house as it would cover up a lot of poorly rendered wall and is quite common on the sides of house...
