That or the diverter valve has been mentioned to me before. Not an expert, so got Brit Gas in under agreement. They said it must be something else other than diverter or diaphragm. WORCESTER 24cdi combi intermittent problem

Tenant is having occasional problem with Worcester 24cdi boiler. 9 year old combi, works fine normally, pressure good. When one of them showers say for 5 or 10 minutes, and then someone else goes in to have a shower shortly afterwards, they cannot get any hot water either from the shower or any taps...
