couldn't it just be the case that one of the cables running from the "program"-button to some where the program is actually started is not working/disconnected? because that's what happened with our old dishwasher...was relatively easy to fix.

I'm not sure but wouldn't just buying 2 tiles be a lot more expensive than ordering a few more? After all it can happen again that just a few tiles come off and by having a few more "in stock" would make sense, right?

had the same issue with my (former) plumber (he said he wasn't responsible and blamed the tiler, too while it was definitely his fault) and ended up hiring another plumber here: m who just scratched his head and fixed the mess in no time for much less. So I'll just keep looking around for prices and...
