I have a good size conservatory about 12ftx12ft but very tall( peak comes right up to window sill of bedoorm what is the most efficient way to heat as not long moved in and do not want to lose the space in winter as have been told by previous owners that they put a little heater out there in winter ...

Should an integrated washing machine be fixed as we have lent on the attached facia door and the machine easily tips forward
