Hi I have a Jika toilet with a press button flush on top. Water is continuously running. First question: how do I get the top off the cistern? It will not lift off, and I cannot really see how it is fixed. Don't want to scratch/damage it trying. Yes, my DIY level is that low!. Thanks Ian
