I'm putting down a new footpath finished with small slabs and the ground is clay. I need a foundation and am not sure if it should be drylean or concreate.

I have a string of 8 garden lights with 10 watt bulbs without a transformer I also have a transformer with the following details on it which are Chinese to me. Could anyone tell me what wattage it will take?
PRI. 230-240V-50Hz 70 VA
SEC 36 V- Max 60 VA

Where can I get some effective wood primer paint?

I have some lattice doors that I want to paint white and my wife bought me some a tin of "Dial" from B&Q which claims to be Wood primer and undercoat. I have managed to stay away from painting for a long time and my first surprise was that it was white, not the pink primer I last used....
