IM WANTING a conservatory lean to, but i have a soil vent pipe in the midle of proposed build, i dont want it to penatrate building ,can i use a air admitance valve, and have a separate vent pipe two the manhole which can be outside building, its a bungalow,further down on the property there is anot...

Hi This sounds like condensation in the loft, if it has been recently re roofed, I believe you do not have enough vents at a high and low level, previously the olf roof would not have been sealed as tight and would have naturally vented this space. Make sure any insulation on the ceiling is pulled ...

We suffer with bad condensation on our windows and plasterwork around them. I have just been in the loft and found that the roof is covered in condensation. It appears the roof consists of a plastic sheet with the roof tiles / slates behind this. The plastic is wet and has water dripping from it. P...
