My hot water sometimes doesn't get fully hot. Only started doing this past 3 weeks. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. It's always taken ages to get hot but now it's doing this too. Also, the heating goes off when I run a bath (always done this since having baxi combi boiler fitted 5 years ago...
