Could I use lafarge pre mixed mortar

its 6 sand 1 lime 1 cement?

I was going to use some lafarge pre mixed which is

6 sand 1 lime 1 cement

Would this be okay to use?

repointing loft wall

I live in a terraced house. the mortar of the party walls in the loft are crumbling. Should I use cement or lime mortar to repoint. House was built in early 1900s

Crumbling mortar of party wall in loft

I live in a terraced house built around 1900 I think. The walls are solid no cavity. In the loft the party wall mortar is crumbling away. You just have to touch the mortar and it crumbles to the floor. I think the bricks are quite soft as they are very easy to drill into. should I repoint with lime ...
