Insulation in walls

Do we need to insulate our dwarf wall on our new conservatory or not. The builder is saying no as it is not beneficial but we have an activ blue glass roof and all glass has argon gas, surely if we dont insulate everywhere we are loosing through the walls and this is a waste of money having to pay f...
