I am trying to get an Insurance backed guarantee for a glassfibre roof to replace my 20m2 felted flat roof. Roofers are willing to give a company guarentee for 25 years but not a IBG. Is this an unreasonable request as it is possible that these companies may not be around in 25 years to honour thier...
