It would be a great idea if places that sold laminate flooring had a big sign saying:
"DON'T FIX THE SKIRTING BOARDS UNTIL YOU BUY AND FIT LAMINATE FLOORING"
I am laying the interlocking laminate flooring 8mm thick as available in most DIY stores and am told it looks best if it runs towards the window. The existing floorboards also run that way and are very slightly ie 1 or 2mm uneven. Would I be better laying the laminate at right-angles to the existing...
