Hello I have an existing aged thermostat on our first floor landing that i'd like to replace. It's a Honeywell, but i'm afraid I can't find the model number. You would need building regulations. The extent of the works necessary would depend on whether you changed the use of the whole building, or chose to have an altered area ancillary to the dwelling.
