could it be the 3 way valve

having trouble getting all radiators hot drained and cleaned system fitted new pump got air out rads

some1 said cold be valve even though had it fitted 6mts since is this possible

fitted new pump exactly the same as come off but still have problem of that if hw and ch are on together a few of downstairs radiators are cool or cold but if i turn ch off all rads get hot so

i know sounds like a comedy sketch but after a while turned off heating and on again now the down stairs are cold again and the upstairs are hot any ideas

umm

came in tonite and the radiators that were cold this am were now hot and 1 upstairs was cold so bled them all and everything is hot could it just have been an air lock as quite a bit of air came out

is it the pump

hi radiators upstairs are warm not red hot though and down stairs are cooler or cold the pump sounds like its running but if memory serve s me it is not as noisy could it be the pump is slowing down so it doesnt have the power to feed all

central heating problems

hi have this fault when put timer on get hot water but no radiators unless i turn motorised valve to manual

changed the motorised valve and the program timer but not cured this :?:
