How to clean reconstituted stonework

Hi,

After fixing damaged roof felt which caused water to run down my front stonework from roof to ktichen windown level over a long period of time, i now have 2 vertical lines of 'stained' stonework.

What is the best way to remove the stain?

Thanks,
Mark
