Distorted upvc windows, no lintels

When my wooden windows were replaced I was told the new upvc windows were load bearing and contained steel. Therefore no lintels were needed. The soldier courses above 3 windows have now slipped and the weight is distorting the windows and cills. I am having to get lintels fitted, but am concerned a...

Thanks.... you're correct , I should have said previous door was opening outwards. Wall is solid 9'' brick .

External composite door

The newly fitted door has been fitted flush with the face of the external brickwork. Looks terrible. Fitter didn't cut skirting back 2 or 3 inches to 'rebate ' door inside opening. The door opens inwards. Is there a regulation re. this or is it just rough work.?
